We’re delighted to share that three Tone projects have won four awards at the 2026 European Product Design Awards (EPDA). The wins cover wearable drug delivery, working at height and continence care, with Luii Go named a Top Design winner – an additional achievement that puts the product in the very top category of winning entries.
This is a fantastic achievement for both the design team and our clients. Each award win is the result of many months and years of hard work bringing these products to market, and recognises Tone Product Design’s ability to make a difference to people’s lives through top-tier design.
Obi-Med
Obi-Med is our in-house concept for a wearable drug delivery device, led by Angus Shaw. It replaces the usual bulky device with a minimal form that sits discreetly against the body, with an interface designed to be read from above. Its reusable architecture also cuts the waste of single-use devices. Obi-Med won in the Conceptual: Industrial Product Design category.
Henchman All Terrain Telescopic Platform
The All Terrain Telescopic Platform (ATTP) gives a stable working platform on uneven ground. Independently adjustable feet, robust locking pins and a compact pack-down suit professionals and consumers alike. Huw Williams led the design, which won in the Outdoor Equipment category. It follows our 2024 iF Design Award wins for Henchman’s Tripod Ladder and Lifting Harness.
Luii Go
Luii Go is a discreet, pocket-size urinal for UK medtech company Luii. A reusable, recyclable frame flexes to fit the user and clips to a disposable bag, so there is nothing to empty or clean. It is unisex but designed particularly for seated use by women. Luii Go was named a Top Design winner in Healthcare: Design for Elders, and also won in Social: Designs for Social Impact. Oscar Daws led the design with Luii’s Sarah Leather and Keith Binding.
