We’re delighted to share the latest chapter in our collaboration with Katto — the launch of two new products designed by Tone Product Design: a corkscrew and a pocket knife.
Just like the knives we developed with Katto, these new pieces embody the same principles: precision, honesty in materials, and a commitment to tools that are as enjoyable to use as they are good to look at.
The Katto Corkscrew
Crafted from stainless steel, sustainable walnut, and premium brass details, the corkscrew is designed to feel reassuringly solid in the hand. It balances strength with elegance — designed to withstand years of use without compromising on comfort or style. We wanted to elevate this often ignored essential kitchen item into a product that you’d be proud to have on the dinner party table.
The Katto Pocket Knife
The pocket knife is built around a Japanese AUS-10 steel blade and a walnut handle, creating a tool that is sharp, durable, and versatile. Its non-locking, UK-legal design makes it suitable for everyday carry, whether for cooking outdoors, gardening, or simply opening parcels at home.
This product allows you to take the Katto’s signature elegance with you wherever you are.
Our brief with Katto has always been to create objects that elevate the ordinary — products that perform beautifully and feel good in use, but that also carry the warmth of natural materials and the quiet refinement of careful detailing.
The corkscrew and pocket knife extend this design language beyond the kitchen, adding to Katto’s range of purposeful tools that bring joy to daily rituals.
We’re proud to see these new designs join the Katto family and look forward to watching them become lasting companions in people’s lives.
